Our History

​Martins Builders LLC is a natural outgrowth of the principals’ extensive experience in general contracting, construction and project management.

From modest commercial fit outs and refurbishments, to retail and residential projects, to mixed-use properties, Martins Builders has the experience, expertise, and resources to plan, build and manage your project. Our hands-on supervision, and attention to detail ensures  that every project is completed to the owners' satisfaction, on time and on budget.

Adolfo Martins

Prior to starting Martins Builders in 2000, Adolfo gained experience as a superintendent for a large national construction company. His responsibilities as a working super encompassed  all the aspects required to start a project “ground-up” and run it to timely completion.  In his capacity as Martins Builders’ Managing Partner, he insures that quality and adherence to construction documents is paramount through each project.

Salvatore Sollecito

After a long career on Wall Street, Sal made the switch from finance to construction. Sal now has over twenty years of successful experience with field management and supervising personnel on new construction and renovation projects. Sal has worked in nearly every position in the industry and his broad range of experience is a valuable asset in being able to quickly assess a client’s need and determine the best possible strategy for a successfully completed project.  As a Senior Partner, Sal ensures that Martins Builders remains a client-driven business.
